"Jay was running late and called to let me know the job he was on was taking longer than he though, and he let me know when to expect him if it was alright with me. Jay was very polite and professional. Explained everything to my understanding. I received a very high-water bill that was the reason for the appointment so he could find the leaks. Found no leaks under the house but found out the water leak was the pipe coming from the meter to the house. You will not regret hiring him for he does outstanding work. I highly recommend this company."

"I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies."

Master Bathroom involved installing a new shower, toilet, sink, vanity, lights and vent fan! The guest bathroom involved installing a jacuzzi tub, sink, vanity, toilet, lights and vent fan. Plus new flooring in both bathrooms! This company is the real deal! I highly recommend them for any home project. Their warranty is beyond compare!"

"We had a plugged toilet and some of sewer pipe. John advised that it was the sewer pipe problem. I thought that it was a vent stack clog and he thought it was sewer pipe only problem. John told us the expense to replace the pipe which was the only solution for his company. I told him that this pipe had been working for 20 years and then he showed us a DIY solution to the problem and then tested it out for us and showed that it would work that way. So we paid him the $70 initial visit fee and was very glad for his expertise."
