Comment: 1. We have a ceiling light fixture in need of repair. 1. We have a ceiling light fixture in need of repair. The mounting bracket broke, causing the fixture to hang by the wires. I temporarily fixed it by removing the heavy glass part, but the bracket likely needs replacement.\" See a picture of hanging light here. 2. The gutter at the back of our house fell off. I have it in the garage, but I haven\'t been able to reattach it securely. The area is prone to strong winds, so it needs a secure fix. I have the original gutter in the garage. We want to switch the ceiling light fixture in one of the bedrooms back to the original one (I have the original). See picture of current light fixture. 4. The kitchen light switch may need to be replaced or repaired. It\'s a two-way switch, and sometimes one of them doesn\'t work. 5. I want a garage sink installed. Geo mentioned you might have one from a home that\'s not needed. If not, I\'m open to a budget-friendly option.
