"Outstanding repair that saved me thousands of dollars. Rather than remove and replaced, I was pleasantly surprised that the existing broken slab could be elevated back up to the original position, then a simple resurfacing could then be done. My issue was rain water that I have now mitigated. The cool thing was that a brick retaining wall sitting on top of the broken slab also elevate to its original position, Simple mortar work will make it all perfect. These guys are legit. Hats off to Levi Woods who came out to see the need, then provide some education of the AFS process and ultimately an estimate, as well as Matthew Martin and Parris Houchins who did the repair. "It was a pleasure doing business with these folks. All were super nice and very professional. They came when they said they would, and they did what they said they would do. They repaired my porch, sidewalk and driveway, and advised me to reroute some water drainage to avoid having problems again. It was NOT an inexpensive project, but it was necessary. I consider it an investment in my property. Without repair it was obvious to me that my concrete work was going to disintegrate over time. Now it is fixed and is warranted for life, transferable to the new owner if I sell my house. If I have other problems around here, I’ll be calling. Them again. An an additional perk, I was able to pay for it all on my credit card so I could generate some points and did not have to stress about getting funds transferred from my saving account before the job was finished."

He installed the second of two remote water watch alarms and reworked a discharge line to limit any chance it could be noisy. He explained everything he had done - a 1st Class professional. After seeing this system in operation - I can not imagine living in this house without it! It has already saved our hardwood floor!"
