We just moved into a new build and wanted to get ahead of any foundation issues with preventative measures. Eli came out and talked us through all of the options and his recommendations. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful answering all of our questions. Kyle, Eddie, and Will came out for the actual install and did a great job. I can be a bit picky and I’m usually the guy complaining about something or other after contractors finish a project—e.g., messy job site, poor craftsmanship, etc.. I’m also not one to leave reviews very often (if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all, right?). That’s not the case with DFX. The crew was courteous, meticulous, professional, and friendly. After working with DFX and seeing the crew’s excellent work, attention to detail, and the overall interaction with Kyle and the crew, I feel very confident recommending them for any foundation work you need done. I hope I never need foundation work again (knock on wood), but if I do, I know who I’ll call.

DFX was recommended to us by another gentleman we had worked with on a different project. He suggested we speak with Nathan directly and we are glad he did! We called Nathan and he was able to fit us into his schedule the very next day, which worked out great for us. Nathan was super patient with the millions of questions we had for him regarding the encapsulation process and very knowledgeable. We received quotes from several companies in the area who were all very good. The quotes were all within a reasonable amount of each other for the scope of work, but we ultimately chose DFX for the confidence instilled in us by Nathan and the recommendation. When Kyle, Devin, and Leland arrived, they were courteous, professional, and efficient! They installed a sump pump, installed an EZ Flow french drain system around the entire interior perimeter of our crawl space, vapor barrier on floors and walls with the dehumidifier placed appropriately. The dehumidifier is top of the line and rated to handle a much larger space than we have, which gives us the peace of mind knowing that it will easily handle our workload. Kyle went over and above for us in making a return trip to the warehouse and installing the newest model sump pump in our crawl space when he realized he had installed an earlier model. There was nothing wrong with the pump they had brought. It wasn't even terribly old and would have functioned for us with no trouble. He just realized they had the newer model in stock and wanted us to be reassured that we were receiving the absolute best possible work and products from their company. The poor guy worked until quite late to finish the install to his own satisfaction. In our conversation, be mentioned that he drives 2 hours each way to work, which astounded me. He said that the company is THAT good to work for that the drive is worth it to him. I think that says a lot about the company and their commitment to excellence. Our whole experience with DFX from start to finish was pleasant and reassuring.

I live in an antebellum house, built in 1837. Over the past 175 years some of the bricks underneath the fireplace in the living room and gathering room had crumbled. The floor needed repairs and leveling. I contacted 4 companies to evaluate the problem and develop a solution. Luke Griffin, with Mr. Foundation, was the only person who actually went under the house and took pictures of the problem for us to see. We were able to see what was happening at the fireplaces. He then studied the problem and the next day offered us a solution. They came and installed steel beams with stainless steel jacks, leveled the floors and resolved the problem. I tell people an elephant now could jump up and down on the floors. Would I recommend Mr. Foundation?? 100%!!! And, FYI, their price was considerably less than two of the other companies.

Very professional and timely when I called and expressed my concerns about the foundation settling. They patiently walked me through the repair process and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!
