"I contacted Plunger Plumber to replace an old outdoor faucet that had been leaking. Joe came out, took a look at the problem, and explained the type of faucet he'd replace it with. We also talked about replacing the old valves underneath the kitchen sink. He quoted a price I felt was reasonable and then he got to work. I was very pleased with Joe's knowledge and the way he explained things to me, as well as with his workmanship. I'd call this company again in the future."

"I called Ohio Basement Systems up after scheduling an appointment to have another company come out (you have seen their commercials). The sales man (Sam) showed up with in a day or two (early also), gave me a quote, applied a few discounts which I then agreed to have the work done. Within a day or two, a date was schedule for the following week. Ryan and Shane showed up and went above and beyond leveling up my sidewalk and patio, along with caulking the patio and also provide a few extra tubes of caulk in case there was any settling. The first company called back the next day to confirm they were coming out the next day to provide a quote....I said no need its already done!!! I highly recommend this company! Ryan and Shane did a fantastic job!! I have already recommended them to a few of my neighbors!!!"

"Found my hot water tank leaking steadily at 8:30 am the Friday before xmas. Talked to several other companies that could have someone come out on Monday (for a fee) to take a look at it. Called Renewal at 9:10 am. Matt called me back at 9:15 and said he would come by after his next appointment and take a look. He was there by 10:30. He quoted a very reasonable price to purchase and install a new tank THAT DAY. (Note that my home requires a PowerVent water tank; more expensive and a little more difficult to install.) "I've had a great experience using Secure Bathing for my home remodel project. They came and offered us an affordable solution that redesigned two bedrooms into a wheelchair assesible master suite. This gave me full access to a roll in shower and a sink that allowed me to use my wheelchair with plenty of room to roll around. The toilet was placed where I can transfer from my wheelchair and still have room to access the features of the bathroom. As a bonus Lou and Marc gave us the ability to have a first floor laundry center which we never even thought of but turned out to be a great idea. We do not have a large house and they were able to fit all of our requirements into the design. Lou and Marc treat their customers with courtesy and a compasion for the customers needs.
