"Landon's services shows quality and commitment to his customers. I had an emergency leak behind the closet door of the downstairs bathroom and needed an immediate inspection and repair. I called Landon early morning around 7:45am. He recognized the urgent requests and arrange to be at the my house around 9:45am or so. He showed up just like he said. The minute he walked into the bathroom, he recognized where the buzzing noise came from and also noticed a few minor damage to the hardwood floor. He explained what needed to be done prior to him making the repair. He called Restoration #1 immediately for a water mitigation assessment. Restoration #1 arrived round 12noon for the assessment and arrange for mitigation process to start the very next day. Landon could not repair the leak pipe behind wall until demolition was done the next 2 day. But he did fixed another leak issue from the previous day. Long-story short: I hired Anderson Heating & Cooling to installed a new water heater the previous day. Unfortunately, there was a shortfall with the installation of the new water heater. Instead of replacing new copper male adapters and water flexes, welding was done on the old copper pipe. The quality of the welding was awfully done where the leak was occurring throughout the night. I called Anderson Heating early in the morning and even texted an video of the leaking pipe. They said they were booked until late afternoon. Anderson Heating should have made arrangement for someone to come out immediately. Because there was so much leak, I went ahead and authorized Landon to repair the leak and anything else from his assessment. Landon spend 4 hours (vs. 2 hours from Anderson Heating). Landon installed new copper male adapters, water flexes, replace a larger, more sturdier earthquake strap kit around the water heater and also install new gas flex at the water heater (which Anderson Heating said it was not necessary). Once the rework was done, you noticed a big difference...the quality work from Landon shines through. The same outcome when he returned to fix the leak pipe behind the bathroom wall. For the protection of all consumers/customers, DO NOT USE Anderson Heating & Cooling for water heater installation service. The company is excellent with HVAC of the business but not when it comes to installing a water heater. I highly recommend you contact Landon for plumbing repairs and installation of a water heater."

"I was initially unsure hiring them for landscape as they are a construction company. But i was desperate to get the yard mowed and weeded. They are two brothers who started their company in October. The worked like dogs for over two hours. They did a BEAUTIFUL job. The yard has not looked this good in years. The mowed, sprayed, dug weeds, picked up leaves, blew the front and back and totally cleaned up after their work. I would recommend them to anyone. I am having them back to clean the moss off of the roof, and have hired them to come back every two weeks to mow and spray, at least thru the summer. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
