was very disappointed. the tech was here 7 minutes charged me 200.00 and promised me that some one would be here to fix it. Noone ever came back..I had to call someone else paid for more . still not fixed. I want my money back. This is the. next day and still no one. I called left messages no reply. What rip offs. Don't waste your time and money with this outfit.

I do not recommend this company at all. They are a scam. I needed a simple toilet fix. After 3 visits and 1100.00 later, toilet is still leaking. I requested to speak to a manager with no response yet. They send out young workers who cant fix even a toilet and contract out big jobs. The young guys don't check their work. After the fact, I read all the reviews on the BBB website and other places to find that this has happend to others.

They helped us understand that the work was more extensive than we anticipated and gave us a couple options that we can choose from if we decide to move forward

Kim was timely, courteous and knowledgeable. The scheduling was also timely so we didn’t have to stay without heat for long. Very thankful for the helpful service and would hire them again.
