"We had a complete encapsulation of our crawl space and sump pump and humidifier system installed. The young men who did the work were very professional. Antonio was the project manager and he was fantastic. Answered questions, explained the process, and made sure we were ok with what they were doing. They showed up at the time designated and called if they would be late. Communication was very good. Shout out to his helpers, Daniel, Jesse, and Kameron. "We had a damp crawlspace. John's installed drainage with sump pumps (lead and backup with battery backup power) and encapsulated the dirt with 20 mil plastic. They also installed PU foam around the perimeter foundation walls to complete the insulation envelope of the house and a dehumidifier top keep the crawlspace area dry. In short, this work solved the problem we had and provided the added benefits of a more energy efficient and comfortable house due to the insulation as well as better indoor air quality. The work was done in four days and at considerably less cost than a competing contractor bid to do it. Another person that we had inspecting house later looked at the crawlspace and commented, "Wow! You could do brain surgery down here." We actually wouldn't recommend that though ;)"
