Throughout the build, Troy made sure that each and every details was perfect. He is a great communicator. He handled all of the arrangements and scheduling with his sub contractors who are as wonderfully skilled as he is. In additon, Troy is easy to have around. We lived in the house while this remodel was going on. He and his team were always quiet and respectful and truly a joy to have in my house each and everyday. "The cabinets were expertly done. The wood, hickory, was gorgeous. They went above and beyond to fox glitches that came up. They accidentally threw away the faucet that I wanted to keep, when I didn't like the replacement they replaced it again without an argument. The only thing they could do better is communicate, both with me and with their workers. I would like to be updated more, on progress and what they planned on doing certain days. Had Jeff communicated better with his guys, they would have known to keep the faucet among a couple other things that had to be done later, because the guys weren't told to do them at the time."

"What started out as a minor dry rot repair turned into discovery of major termite damage. Jim and his team were throrough, prompt and meticulous in their work. Jim was great at communicating when the work would be done, what it would involve and following up to make sure the work was performed to my standards. I was pleased that they were able to work the additional time into their schedule so that my home wasn't torn up for too long. You can't even tell that they've been there. The team also replaced some deck supports and swapped a soaker tub for a non-functional spa tub. I felt the work was a good value for my money - they were all very professional, respectful and prompt. I'd highly recommend this team."
