"I had a sewer backup in my basement. Used Angi’s list and gave RTillery, Alex, a call. They were fantastic - great estimate, responsive, professional, courteous, quick in all their responses, the list goes on. I started with replacing the inside cast iron pipe. Alex even added a clean out. He and his crew were prompt, always polite and professional. They didn’t seem to mind my popping in to watch. The line was replaced in a day and a half w/ minimal water outage. After going back and forth I decided to replace the outside pipes. Alex provided several options. Other estimates would dig up the yard, sidewalk and driveway, replace the cast iron and terra cotta, but no cement work. RTillery slid the new PVC inside the terra cotta which was cheaper and less to dig up and they replaced the sidewalk! Only one other company offered to sleeve the PVC and it cost more! RTillery even came back to fix an issue they noticed doing their final checks. Wow! Can’t recommend these guys enough!"

They were able to do the work without the mass destruction a number of other companies said would be necessary to my front yard and sidewalk. The team was quick, professional, knowledgeable, and worked with our schedule when they had to shut the water off. They did exactly what they said they would do, cleaned up after themselves afterwards, and even went as far as doing their best to replant a very large bush we agreed they would have to remove to get to the main line. They did not have to do that and were definitely not landscapers (they are plumbers!), but they went above and beyond and I appreciated that. "This was a great experience. I called to have fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen replaced. They came to my house within 30 minutes, gave me an estimate, offered to do the work right away, went to the hardware store to pick up parts I did not have and did a very thorough clean up when the work was finished. They made sure plumbing was brought up to code in my old house (built in 1905). They worked quietly and efficiently. The work was done a week ago and everything seems to be in working order. "Baltimore City Water Department told me I had a water main break somewhere between the meter at the street and the main cut off to my house. I called three different companies to get estimates. The first company told me yes it is the water main (didnà ¢à  à  t do any testing to determine this) and cost will be $4,000.00 to replace it. Second company told me I needed to replace both the water main and the sewer line (again no testing) and the cost would be almost $8,000.00. Mike Crouse from Atlantic Blue came out and told me he wasnà ¢à  à  t convinced the water main was the problem. He spent a lot of time troubleshooting the issue by cutting off water to various parts of the house and then checking to see if the meter was still spinning out of control. As it turned out the line that feeds the icemaker in my refrigerator ruptured and that is what was flooding a crawl space! I canà ¢à  à  t begin to say how grateful I am for Mikeà ¢à  à  s knowledge and attention to detail and he saved me thousands of dollars! I wish I could give him 10 stars!"

"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision.
