After the demo, a few unexpected snags occurred but Hamilton was able to provide solutions. He cleaned up every evening and provided receipts for every purchase. "We have been trying to repair the drain lines inside and outside of our son's rental house without going broke and Adrian and his crews took one step at a time trying to save us money but doing all the repairs we needed. It ended up we also had to re-do the under-the-house-pipes and Gulfshore did it without much damage to the floors and walls and have been wonderful during this pains-taking event. Their crew even tunneled under the bathtub rather than tearing it out. I was amazed. They have been very patient with us and we are still working on finishing up this project. "Let me start by saying that John and Richard have been phenomenal! Weâ ve now used On Tap for three different jobs. One was installing a new kitchen sink, faucet and garbage disposal. Another was install a new bathroom sink and faucet. The latest was a bathtub that was draining super slow. It was flogged beyond anything and part of the pipe had actually cracked. So that was a partial pipe replacement and a full on drain replacement. Every time Iâ ve had John or Richard come out, theyâ ve always been on time (or given me a call to let me know theyâ re delayed). Theyâ ve always been very professional and courteous. Iâ ve never had to remind them to clean anything up, theyâ ve already cleaned up and put things back where they were. One of Johns mottos that he shared with me was â work the job as if you were working on your own mothers houseâ and theyâ ve definitely lived up to that. "After contacting two other Plumbing companies that could not get the work requested done in the time frame I had allotted, I called out to Butler Plumbing Services. Owner Jeff and Plumber Dave came to my home and replaced a sink and faucet/sprayer assembly. They also hooked up my dishwasher supply lines, and drain line plumbing to the new garbage disposal that also was installed at the same time. They took extra efforts to work cleanly throughout the process, using drop clothes on the flooring. They do excellent work and I would highly recommend them."
