"West shore home did an awesome job remodeling our shower. The two technicians Jerry and Luke was awesome. They arrived at 8:20am and worked nonstop all day. They finished all the construction and installation by 5:30 the same day. They were very professional. They put down protection cloths on all floors where they walked. They cleaned up inside and outside. I would highly recommend Westshore Homes. Ask for Jerry and Luke. Great team"

"My water pipes seemed to be clogged. Jacob came out to give an estimate to get my water pipes cleared out, and knew it was likely the water softener (not in use since before I moved in). He hit the bypass on the unit and I had water again. A bathroom sink and toilet are still clogged, however Experts Plumbing will come out and repair them tomorrow and remove the water softener. Jacob was very friendly and helpful in getting the water running again and checking what around the house would need further work."

"We have been trying to repair the drain lines inside and outside of our son's rental house without going broke and Adrian and his crews took one step at a time trying to save us money but doing all the repairs we needed. It ended up we also had to re-do the under-the-house-pipes and Gulfshore did it without much damage to the floors and walls and have been wonderful during this pains-taking event. Their crew even tunneled under the bathtub rather than tearing it out. I was amazed. They have been very patient with us and we are still working on finishing up this project. They have finished their part except they are awaiting us to finish up the re-tiling and drywall repair so they can put back the sink and toilet. "I went through home advisor to find a plumber to fix my guest room toilet. Jonny Doan plumbing was recommended. I received a call immediately to confirm the appointment day and time I selected. I received a call on the morning of the appointment to ask if the plumber could come earlier. Of course I agreed. Austin showed up promptly and went right to work assessing the problem. He attempted to fix it by adding a part but since the part did not fix the problem, Austin suggested that I replace the unit. I had the option of purchasing the new fixture myself and paying for installation or buying the fixture from the company and include installation. I chose the latter. I called the office to set up the installation and they were able to come back within the hour to do it. Austin returned and installed the new toilet within 30 minutes. He was efficient, the price was reasonable and the whole experience was pleasant from beginning to end. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others."

I love the integrity, quality, and professionalism of this company. The night we starting hearing our outside a/c unit INSIDE my kitchen, we immediately called. Although it was nearly 10pm on a Thursday, we spoke live with a tech, assured her that this was not an emergency, but we would like someone to come out asap. They forwarded me through to Chris again who was able to get the new system installed the very next day, despite it being a weekend (Saturday). I received another appointment confirmation email with the name and picture of my installer, Josh. Josh and his co-worker arrived at my house first thing Saturday morning. With 2 people working, the estimated installation time was cut in half, ensuring that our system would be fully functional by early afternoon. Both technicians were polite, respectful, and informative, explaining how to navigate through our new system, as well as ensuring the county permits would be issued once the business week reopened (I received my permit on Tuesday, along with a phone call to confirm) and the steps we would take to walk through that process.
