"I want to share my endorsement of David Graf Construction, Inc. I just bought a house with a 600 sq/ft deck that was not structurally sound. It was the peak of Covid and I couldnâ t get a contractor to show up for scheduled appointments. While driving in the neighborhood, I found David Graf on a job and asked him to come by and review my situation. While he was busy managing several jobs and booked out more months, he took pity on me and graciously came by and assessed my situation. He immediately recognized issues could not wait. "My garage floor was in such bad shape. I live very near the salty water of Tarpon Springs, and it had slowly infiltrated into the cement and was leaching out lime powder (I joke that it looked like lines of coke for the Jolly Green Giant to snort) and H20 -- which was ugly, and led to tracking that stuff into our house. Being an engineer myself, I tried the DIY approach and spent hundreds of dollars and countless hours of labor testing one side of the garage. It was a total fail. I was unable to prevent the hydrostatic intrusion with available products. I knew I had to do either acid etching or diamond grinding. Well, I sure didn't want acid in my garage door equipment. And as for diamond grinders...uh...not for me. So, I called these guys, and I am sure glad i did. Joey, the sales guy was very up-front and honest. Zero up-selling. I did wind up with the top of the line. I opted for the "Dolphin" color combo with the 3 color chips and epoxy and the vapor barrier. And it is so beautiful. When the crew finished (oh btw, 3 dudes who spent 2 - 9 hour days on site BUSTING dey asses!) I literally almost wept under the spell of the transformation. Just gorgeous! Two thumbs up!"

"Our ground level cement floor in the living area and laundry was exposed when we had to remove the vinyl flooring after flooding issue . We discovered cracks as well as a very high moisture level even after four months of drying..We spoke with two other contractors that told us that there system would not work due to the moisture level then we met with Randy the owner of Floor Groomers. Randy discussed our situation with his suppliers technical people and put together a plan and cost associated with the work. The project was completed on schedule and on budget and we cannot say enough about how patient and responsive Randy has been throughout the entire job.
