"I was very happy with Hart's Plumbing. I had a clogged drain and they had someone out here the same day. The very friendly and knowledgeable young man who came and fixed it was great and my sink was fixed immediately. He offered to set me up with a check of my systems at no charge so had them come back for that as well. A different friendly professional came out to do that and I had a great experience that time around as well. No hard sell at any time, just a thorough inspection in which a couple problems were found and a bid presented to me...again, absolutely no hard sell! Besides the fact that they were professional personable and knowledgeable and fixed my clog, there were two things that I especially appreciate about thjs company. #1: Not only did they let you know what time to expect the service provider; they also called that day to let me know what time to expect him and he called me himself once he was on the way but they sent me an email introducing him and provided a photo of who would be showing up at my door!!! As a single female I really, really appreciated that caution. I also appreciate that they followed up the visit with further contacts to make sure I was satisfied. And the inspection was completely free and very thorough. I could not ask for more. The next time I need a plumber, Hart's Plumbing is the number now in my Rolodex."

"Art is literally the best. Show me another company that will do this: Art did a perfect job installing the gas piping at my home when I got a new meter installed. He also ran a line out to my deck for my BBQ. I got the parts for the conversion weeks later, and wasn't confident I'd install it right, so I contacted him to ask him for advice... and he came over and helped me install it! He even stuck around to make sure it worked. Then he wouldn't take any money! I forced him to let me give him some to buy himself dinner. You will not find people like this every day in ANY industry. "We recently hired Pure home remodeling to remodel our kitchen. The kitchen remodeling included new design, all the upper and lower cabinets, stainless steel double sink, large island, new paint, new electrical light fixtures and hardwood floor. On top of the kitchen remodeling project, we also decided to remodel our 2 walk-in closets by replacing all the existing shelfs with a complete custom designed ones in both of them. During the work, Lorenzo was our project manager and he visited our house on a daily basis, making sure that all the involved workers will complete the daily tasks without any mistakes. I worked with Thomas Ngo and team to have an air purifying system installed, and I couldn't have hoped for a better transaction. Innovative Comfort folks were on time, ready to work, and super friendly. Also, they were clean, which I like. I've always been a skeptical person, and when it comes to hiring someone to do work in my personal space, I also become apprehensive. So It was a massive relief to meet with Yonatan. He is convivial and highly competent in his craft. He listened to what we wanted, asked all the right questions, gave us a quote, a timeline, ensured we bought the right materials, and was in constant communication with us. The oversight and execution on this project was seamless. The scope of work entailed tearing out a shower, old vanity, demoing walls and floors, removing and replacing toilets, wiring, painting, tiling walls and floors, putting pocket shelves in, installing lights and hardware - in TWO weeks (a powder room and main bathroom). In the middle of it, we asked if the guys could paint the interior of our loft as well. The obvious answer was 'yes', but the surprise was that it made no difference to two-week time frame. Having made ourselves scarce for that time, when we got back, Yonatan met us at our place, gleaming with pride. He walked us through all the work we had agreed to and called out very small things his crew did in the few days following. Did I already say we are elated with the outcomes?
