"It wasn't a big gig, but it's a relief to work with folks after whom I'm not going to have to do additional work. They demolished and removed my 30+ year old estate fence, then installed 85' of 6' estate fencing, with 6" dog ear pickets (my request, to match another portion of fence my neighbor & I put in earlier this year.) They did it in two days - mostly because even fast-setting concrete still takes some time to set. They did the demo, hauling, and post setting on the first day, then installed rails, pickets, and post caps on the second day. "Gallus Builders installed a fence and a rockery for us. At the time they started the job, I was laid up in the hospital, I sent a few photos of what we wanted. They were able to design and build the fence and rockery without much input from me. Both projects turned out beautifully and the work was very professionally installed. In addition, they just completed construction of a compost bin that has three compartment, in progress, holding, and ready to use. So far we are just getting started with composting. It will probably take a few years before the compost is ready to use. It was also very professionally done. "I had them replace the rotten wooden joints on my driveway. Decided that I needed this done on a Saturday morning, found Jireh online and within few hours his crew was already at my place pulling the old joints out -- all in a span of a single day! I can't be happier with the way this project had gone, the owner made every effort to make sure that everything was done in accordance with my requests. I needed to put the garden lights wires in the opened gaps before they close them down with the new boards, so I asked them to give me couple of days after they pulled all the old boards out. "The specific Job that was done was to retrofit a home to minimize or eliminate damage that could occur due to an earthquake. The work included installing steel attachment brackets between the foundation and the house framing structure. Wood pressure blocks were added between beams in joist bays and between perimeter rim joist and sill plate. Other reinforcements were installed between support posts and beams and between posts and the concrete foundation. I was impressed with the technical knowledge that Mr Khoa had of the overall project. This of course was key to the work done by the team which I would like to stress were hard working and professional in accomplishing their work.
