Kenny provided me excellent communications before, during, and after the work began. Sam took time to answer my questions during the installation. Brian was very friendly and polite too. These gentlemen were very respectful of my yard and took care to minimize landscape disruption across the 35' trench they dug. NewLine Pipe Solutions is my new go-to plumbing contractor. NewLine provided excellent details about my leaking main line and how the new line would be dug, connected to the home, and leak tested. This is an awesome, small company with two owner operators who know what they are doing. They usually answer the phone or return texts within a minute or two. Great communication. Plumbing problems can be worrisome because they can cause extensive damage to one’s home. Sam and Kenny made me relax right away because they gave a good explanation of the problem, laid out their solution and offered a fair and reasonable price to fix an issue that two previous plumbers failed to resolve.
