We are senior citizens and weâ re scammed by them. Their technician attempted to clear a drain but was unable to but didnâ t back fill the hole and when the inspector came out because we called them, he said that what they had done would need to be torn out and replaced as was shoddy and wouldnâ t pass inspection. They charged us $4200 and wouldnâ t refund even though we had to have another plumbing company do the job right and to completion. They said they would come out and make it right but why didnâ t they do it right the first time. If you buy a bad can of beans, would you ever buy that brand of beans again. We are Sr. Citizens and weâ re scammed. Seniors beware

We present all estimates and job costs upfront and explain the scope of work before we do any work. There are no surprises or upsells, just fair pricing for the work we are hired for every time. We try to bend over backwards to meet our customer's expectations, as we did with you, and although we aren't always successful we will learn from every opportunity to improve.
