"This roofing company was excellent in customer service, I was kept informed as to when this project would be started and what to expect in the length and process. I had high ceiling 4 skylights in my living room and there was a leak which was extremely upsetting as we had rain and expecting more. I was quickly contacted by Cody who was excellent in communicating to me the process and understood my concerns and did everything to have the crew here quickly and explain what was going to be done to correct the problem. His crew came out faster than I expected and were extremely knowledgeable and went right to work to get this corrected and finished. Excellent crew! Cody continued to contact me to explain what the crew had found and how it was going to be corrected! I felt confident with him and his crews. The problem was corrected quickly and efficiently. "I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work, timeliness, and communication by Expert Painters. Overall, they are extremely professional. On top of that, their quote was very competitive. Of the four quotes I got, they were far lower than two and competitive with the fourth. I would highly recommend Expert Painters. For context, my house needed exterior painting after 11 years of original builder's paint. Expert Painters did a great job with siding, trim, gutters, doors, and window shutters. They even asked if I wanted them to paint over conduit and other utility boxes that I had installed since I bought the house, and once I approved, they did a nice job there as well. For additional context, in my community, I know at least 5 other homes that used Expert Painters this past summer, and all of those homeowners are very satisfied. Our houses look brand new compared to the other homes that have not been repainted yet. The paint job is also doing great in handling rain (water bead and runs off nicely) and it has stayed pretty clean even through the last couple of windstorms that have gone through Kirkland. I will be cross posting this review on several sites."

"I have a craftsman house, with woodwork galore, and we were doing a full paint job. Every room, door, ceiling, fireplace mantel, even the floors to our sunroom were getting painted. And the job was beyond excellent. They really went above and beyond, there were areas on some of the old windows and doors that extra care was needed with sanding and work to make sure we got a very nice finish. Also no window was painted shut (seems trivial but I don't know how often I've seen that in old homes). The communication about what color and what type of sheen and paint type was great. Especially since again this was the entire house, and not to move out, to move in, so we had picked multiple paint colors and combinations. I really can't stress enough how good a job it was, I felt taken care of, and that they really respected and were careful with my house. Also from a technical standpoint the estimate i received on cost and timeline was exactly accurate. It was affordable and timely for the scope of work! I highly reccomend them to anyone."

"I really needed to have my windows cleaned before thanksgiving and unfortunately, I waited until the last minute to find a window cleaner. On the Sunday before thanksgiving I sent out a request through HomeAdvisor and immediately got a response from Diamond Construction. I called them and they came out within 2 hours to give me a bid for my windows. I have a large daylight rambler with ALOT of windows and sliders, as well as lots of clear glass railings around our upper deck. Fortunately for me, they said they could do it on that Tuesday and they were reasonably priced for sure! They brought all their own equipment and went quietly and diligently to work. They were kind, professional and considerate of our inside furniture and outside plants. When they were done, my windows and sills were so clean I just loved looking out the windows and enjoyed my view of the outside even more. I was so pleased with the service that I requested they come out again in August/September 2020 to clean the windows again as we prepare the house for a big family event. They also do small paint jobs and they would surely be one of the first companies I would call. I would definitively recommend them to my family and friends. Call them for a bid, you won t be disappointed."

"After initial phone consultation, I was feeling skeptical about Pro Painters LLC and asked for a lot of additional information about the business. The owner and business partner were very understanding and receptive of the inquiries and made sure we felt comfortable. We decided to choose this business due to the competitive pricing they quoted for ceiling, trims (patching nail holes on the trims), doors, and walls (patching holes in the walls). We met out at a Sherman Williams and paid for the paint we wanted (the quote covered the cost of the paint as well). They were able to start the SAME week that they gave a quote with. Pro Painters came in the next day and started preparations--covered all floors, rails, cabinets, door handles, light fixtures, outlets, etc. After the preparation day, they came out and started all of the painting around the home. Once the paint dried, they did a quality check walkaround themselves and fixed any areas that had excess paint. Then, they cleaned up the area (covers removed, wall plates put back on, paint removed) and we did a walkthrough the place. I pointed out areas that would need to be fixed or outlets that were missing wall plates and they made sure they corrected any of the work items. I came back to check a few days later for the paint to completely dry out and noticed another area with paint chipping and damages. So I messaged and they came back and fixed it! Overall, I highly recommend this painting business and will be using them for any further painting jobs that I may have. I have recommended this place as well to my real estate agent who will most likely start using them as well!"
