"Loved working with MyBath Colorado! I was a little skeptical at first with their prices being lower and the fact that the company is a little newer, but was very happy to learn that they have years of experience installing bathrooms together (and that experience definitely shows)! We had them replace a basement shower stall that was moldy and unusable. A lot more work went in than previously expected, but they stayed until the job was complete. I could not be happier with the work or the quality of materials. 5 of 5 stars for sure!"

Unfortunately, the job took longer than expected; when I addressed my concerns with the manager, he made an allowance for my inconvenience, which I consider generous. "If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We have lived in our house for over 10 years.. We found out after we first moved in that we had an off set in our main line which caused it to back up at least once a year. After this last time it backed up I had called another company to come out and snake my line. They wanted to charge us almost $900 just to put in an access point to the main line in my closet and wasnt going to snake it until they would come out the next day to do the work. That meant not running water. I talked to Kyle and I explained what this other company wanted to do. He said that having an access point is a great idea but didnt agree with where they wanted to put it did not and we would be wasting our money. He said he could come out, take a look, give us a free estimate and he could snake it that night. Kyle came out and it looked like the main line must have cleared itself so he ran the camera and gave us an estimate. The estimate he gave us to fix the offset was cheaper than what we have been quoted. He was able to get his team out the next day and fixed our line. Kyle was available to answer any questions and explained the process to us. We really felt comfortable with Kyle from the moment we met him. Thank you very much Kyle!!"

"Based on great reviews on Homeadvisor, I hired Drainline Services to replace two failed sump pumps, repair copper piping and broken spigot, cap stove and dryer gas lines and remount a leaky toilet in the basement bathroom. Billy and Sonny provided exceptional service from the initial phone call to project completion, all on very short notice and in the midst of torrential rains. They were professional, personable and courteous every step of the way and made sure I understood the purpose of each repair and that I was fully satisfied with the results. I consider Drainline Services a great asset to the Parker community and I recommend this company without hesitation."

"The experience with RenewHome Innovations was close to perfect. We had a walk-in shower installed with high end materials such as porcelain walls and a new bathroom floor The experience from beginning to end was smooth. The sales person, Randy, helped us figure out what we wanted in an initial consultation. The office crew (Kaylee, Ann) ordered everything and kept us up to date on delivery schedules. The project manager, Justyn, coordinated the work on site as soon as all the materials were available. RenewHome's plumber, Scott, and assistant Jonathan were in and out in a few hours. Then the big work started with a GREAT subcontractor, L and R Home Remodeling LLC. Edgar and his assistant Adir completely rebuilt the bathroom in 3 days and left everything clean at the end of the day. Edgar and the company owner Isaac came back a few days later and painted,leaving us a perfectly beautiful new bathroom. We are totally delighted."

"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

"Great Job--highly recommended. They installed a gas line extension for my new kitchen range. When I asked for an estimate, they showed up on-time and walked me through the various aspects of my job. Bid was less than competitors and was based on the work to be done and not some set rate for "the standard kitchen range extension job" like other companies. For the job itself, they got in, quickly got to work, adapted the game plan when things turned out a little different than initial expectations, and completed the job on time with a high level of craftsmanship. He worked with me to resolve the situation and I am pleased to say that, after becoming aware of my concerns, this company has provided truly excellent customer service! Thank you, Scott, for your attention and follow up. *****Review updated to 5 stars all around! ***** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The field inspector was great and explained the work that needed to be done on my driveway and sidewalk. The team arrived ahead of schedule and went straight to work. Concrete repair looks great, but LOTS of splashed residue on my front siding and windows that quickly turned into large dark spots. I emailed the company, along with a few photos, to at least find out how to best deal with the stains and heard nothing back even after 3 attempts. Absolutely no response. Zero calls. Zero follow-up emails. The work quality and initial inspection/quote process of this company are great. The courtesy of their team members is great. The collateral damage, at least in my case, was substantial. Follow-up customer service after the job is complete is really terrible, as in apparently non-existent, and it will most definitely affect my willingness to recommend them to my contacts, even though the actual concrete repair was well done."
