But Legacy Concrete Inc. did the job and did it so well. Gone is my ugly railroad tie retaining wall that was falling down and in its place is a beautiful stone block wall. Gone are my old steps with a weird, irregular outcrop and in their place are regular steps and a porch without cracks and irregularities. And the shed pad they poured with a ramp worked out perfectly with the shed. "Manny did an excellent job! We hired him to remove an old and failing railroad tie retaining wall that held in a dilapidated and uneven concrete stone patio. Complicating the matter were four 6 x 6 columns which were enclosed by the failing rail road tie retaining wall which supported our entire deck above the patio. His team's careful planning and execution turned our eye sore of a patio into a beautiful allen stone block retaining wall with pavers installed on top to serve as a patio. He also installed Allen block stairs which wrapped the patio all the way to the front of our house. He offered a very competitive price compared to other bids and delivered a superior product. His crew always showed up when expected and on time. He was very accommodating with requests as the project continued from demo to finishing touches and there were no unexpected costs. His experience really showed through in the advice he gave, which was very appreciated as this was the biggest home project we've undertaken. We look forward to hiring Manny and his team for future projects!"

I called Prime Time after another previously hired contractor left a 16 foot square hole of dirt, concrete and broken tile in the center of my home, and refused to return.
