Juan does it all! He remodeled my kitchen and did everything but the countertop installation, but was there to supervise and inspect their work and because he is bilingual was able to communicate with them more effectively than I could. He is very conscientious and does excellent work! Because he does it all you donâ t wait on other subcontractors . I highly recommend Juan of North South East West LLC

I hired North South East and West to take down a wall & put up a header. Work is excellent. If I have any other projects around the house I would definitely hire him again . I highly recommend him.

We hired Juan to remodel our basement bathroom. He did an amazing job, we really love it! He was punctual and polite and his quality of work is top notch!

Juan also had to resize the cabinets over the oven before he could install the microwave. The cabinets look great. He also had to redo the exhaust ductwork that is inside the cabinet. We also had some drywall work done in another room at the same time. It is really nice having someone who can do all of this so that we have one person who can do all the work and do it very well.

Juan did a great on my washer/dryer hookup installation. He was extremely responsive, punctual, and reasonable in his pricing. My project was a bit of a difficult one being a middle level plumbing and ventilation project, and he made it work! Estimate was provided within 48 hours of viewing the space, and I was able to get on the schedule within two weeks.
