"I would definitely use them again. They were fast, professional and fairly priced. Tommy and Terry were both very professional. I had a pipe leading to an outside faucet which was leaking. I explained the problem to Tommy and he gave me a quote right over the phone. The most convenient time for me was Christmas Eve, since I would be off. Terry came out promptly Christmas Eve morning. He replaced the faucet and the pipe through the outside wall. He sealed the new frost free faucet. He did it all in less than an hour and a half. He was courteous and professional the entire time. I told him that I didn't mind if he left his boots on in the house, but he took them off, when not walking in the unfinished part of the basement anyway."

"The tech they sent (Kevin) was honest and was able to find the REAL problem. (Thermostat) The company before "Real" said the whole system was defective and in need of replacement. They wanted for me to lease a system. HA! "Real Refrigeration" was interested in solving the problem quickly and I felt they operated in the best interest of the customer."

"The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. John provided an in-depth home inspection of my plumbing and educated me on the importance of venting my sinks to avoid moisture buildup, mold, corrosion, and bad odors. He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate. To assist with the upkeep of my plumbing, John recommended that I buy a drain cleaning kit and even called his dispatch to schedule another member of his team to repair my toilet's lift rod. John Curry's expertise and helpfulness were much appreciated during the home inspection. "I have been using McCarthy Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. Today's service call was no different. The job today required coordination with my condo management company (also very good), to shut the water off to several buildings, so that a valve could be replaced under my kitchen sink. Obviously, one of the objectives was to keep the water off for as short a period as possible and give people as precise a time as possible when to expect the water to be off and back on. You can imagine how many things could go wrong? How long this could take if anything went wrong? Nothing did. The job was done expertly and quickly. The water was off for a very short time.
