They honored their contract and were willing to come back and help us work through a problem that popped up. It was refreshing to have a company actually be responsible and take responsibility. They were kind, professional and actually took care of us, what else can I say?

We live in Potomac Md and utilized â  58 Foundations for the installation of a sump pump, french drain and various other water damage prevention measures. Sheldon was our technician and he was absolutely exemplary. Completely honest, extremely thoughtful, did exactly what he said he would do and did it very well . I can be a pretty tough customer and Sheldon was one of the best people I ever dealt with. We have had some very persistent issues with water around the house. He thoughtfully addressed each problem and to the extent there were any issues, he identified the issue and dealt with it thoroughly. I would highly recommend Sheldon and â  58 Foundations.

Sales rep did not provide all required details for project so on day of there were surprises. I was told the rep was no longer with the company.

Make sure the person giving the estimate explains exactly what it looks like. They did not bring their own water to mix the cement. We had to remove the water tank so that they could work and ended up hauling water from the neighbors house.

Concrete work was complete unleveled and will most likely lead to cracking. Was told to call if it should crack and they will repair. Basement room was not swept following job and plastic was left up and hanging.
