While attempting to install a bidet attachment to my half-bath toilet, I found that the shut-off valve to the toilet was malfunctioning. I called T & G yesterday to make an appointment and we scheduled it for today. Matt, the technician, arrived on time and completed the work quickly, including installing the bidet attachment at my request. Matt Smith was a pleasure. He was professional, friendly, complied with the current COVID-19 rules, explained the work that he did, and left my bathroom as clean and dry as it was when he arrived. "The Installation crew was punctual, courteous, professional and their workmanship was phoenominal! We had a TOTAL bathroom remodel done for two bathrooms! Master Bathroom involved installing a new shower, toilet, sink, vanity, lights and vent fan! The guest bathroom involved installing a jacuzzi tub, sink, vanity, toilet, lights and vent fan. Plus new flooring in both bathrooms! This company is the real deal! I highly recommend them for any home project. Their warranty is beyond compare!"

Recommended by Jordan, who has remained a constant and reliable resource of information and suggestions to me, as I took on the job of getting my parents home up to date for selling. Once he put his music on and I heard the Eagles playing, I knew he was the man for the job. (My dad is a big Eagles fan!) Dan was informative as to exactly what he needed to do and explained to me the process. Being the holidays, and the City being closed, not being able to come out for inspection, the job took a couple days longer. "I originally hired Plumb Tite through Home Advisors, based on good reviews. They replaced the expansion tank on my water heater. Another vendor had wanted to replace my entire heater when that was not the problem. I hired Plumb Tite again to repair a toilet that wouldn't shut off when refilling. On both occasions, they sent experienced, knowledgeable technicians. They explained what they were doing. They answered my questions. They did not try to upsell me on things I did not need. I am very impressed with their expertise and professionalism and will use them again and again."

"Angi sent a so-called pro (Eric H) to do the work. He stated that he could not 'replace' my basement toilet because the concrete floor needed to be ripped up. He left the new toilet and left. After calling and speaking with Mary (call center in CO) she was very helpful, put out a request to my local plumbers for a 2nd opinion, at that time my phone started ringing. Benjamin Franklin plumbing could have someone (Chris Herron) here in a couple of hours. Great! No, I didn't need to have the concrete tore up, and in fact, Chr replaced the toilet right there and then. I had to hire him of course, but the price wasn't bad at all. Chris did an excellent job, was very professional and dumbfounded that Eric couldn't complete the job! I had the master toilet installed by Angi a few years ago again by another 'pro' (Joe) who replaced the toilet. It rocked on us as we tried to use. I called him back to fix - complete the job, he came out and charged me for his time and left. I hate Angi"
