"Roland plumbing was quick to respond to my need for a new sump pump. He gave thorough information and was very quick with follow-up installation of a Zoeller pump to replace the old one. This pump was "outside" and replaced a pump that was no longer working. A few weeks later I got an" inside" pit dug in the basement floor with a Gemini pump system installed by another company that does a lot of these systems. I have more peace of mind with the inside basement system. I wish I had gotten this done years ago."

Not only did he install wood flooring, but he put treads and risers on a set of stairs, added a door at the foot of the stairs, installed two security cameras, installed a heat/cool unit, and check my bathroom fixtures to ensure they were working properly. "Kap arrived at my home promptly at 11:30 am scheduled. He called me within moments after I submitted by online request through Home Advisor. I needed a plumber to unclog my kitchen and utility sinks. Kap identified other plumbing issues I was having while he was here to unclog the sinks. He ended up replacing several leaky pipes, some of which required him to cut out some drywall. He did not leave my home until 7:15 pm. He worked all day without taking a break. He cleaned up after he was done, and I found his prices to be very reasonable. I plan to have him back to look at some other plumbing issues I am having. He also gave me the name of a company to replace the drywall he had to remove and to get rid of mold from the leaky pipes in my basement ceiling. Kap explained everything he needed to do to my son and grandson, and they both felt he knew what he was doing. He was also courteous and professional."

"This was a great experience. I called to have fixtures in my bathroom and kitchen replaced. They came to my house within 30 minutes, gave me an estimate, offered to do the work right away, went to the hardware store to pick up parts I did not have and did a very thorough clean up when the work was finished. They made sure plumbing was brought up to code in my old house (built in 1905). They worked quietly and efficiently. The work was done a week ago and everything seems to be in working order. "Beautiful job down by the 2 men, except I failed to see ring was not glued to wall and sliding doors slide back about 1/4 inch when shut. When I called they were very compliant and sent a man to correct problem. Problem was solved I am very satisfied and sorry I had not seen the above problem when I did the inspection. I am not use to getting quick turn around when I have a problem with contractors but these folks are great to deal with and interested in making sure everything is done correctly. I would recommend them to all friends and family."

"During our extended summer our AC unit decided to act up. I was at a lost as to who to call and a friend of mine recommended JDL HVAC. when I called Joe answered the phone "listened to every word I said patiently" and made an appointment. Joe called 15 minutes prior and arrived early, he then diagnosed the problem. We sat down and he explained exactly what the problem was and what was needed to repair it and gave me an estimate. Afterwards he went right to work and surprisingly charged me below what he estimated which was very surprising. I have never had that happen before and he was willing to schedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule.. Joe followed up a couple of days later by calling and asking if we were satisfied with the service. Joe has outstanding listening skills and didn't treat me like the layman on the topic that I actually am - When I commented on that he said "its imperative to listen to the customer pertaining to what they are experiencing" - based on the above JDL HVAC is the only company I will use in the future - :they spoiled me" Carlton Tucker - very happy customer"
