If you have plants or bushes close to your home, it is important to request that they be covered. The technician will know if the shrubbery will be affected. The technician sprayed the bushes around our home with water after the cleaning to eliminate any burning of the foliage on the bushes. He took Pictures to show us before and after pictures which was impressive. My husband had some questions about leaks in the fireplace. Chris did his inspection, took pictures to show where the problem was. Chris gave recommendations which we thought was the way to go. He then fixed the problem and took pictures of the completed work, which was beautifully done. We also needed to have our fireplace cleaned which he did. "New Generation has been cleaning for us for 6 months now. They do an excellent job. 3 people come to clean, so they are fast as well. They don't always get every nook and cranny, but most times they do an extra good job in one area. This last time it was the under-counter edges of the kitchen floor. I also love their bright smiles and friendly attitude. As to dependability, I get a text a day or 2 ahead saying just when they'll arrive within our agreed window of time. They are always prompt unless traffic or some such holds them up, in which case they let me know with another text. This arrangement works just fine for me. No sitting and waiting and wondering whether they'll show up or not."

Shamrock chimney cleaners were courteous, thorough and honest. They came to clean 2 chimneys, but I did have them inspect a few others.
