I received a call around the time of my appointment to let me know that a previous job was running a little late, and therefore they were too, which I appreciated. Repairs were made in good time, and after the painting they expressed worry that primer might still be showing, so they would come back to touch it up later in the day after the current coat was dry. Since it was all exterior work, this wasn't an inconvenience to me. Nice show of professionalism."
