"East Coast replaced our gas furnace and water heater. Dave, the salesman, was very easy to work with. He is knowledgeable and listened to our requirements without pressuring us to make the sale and promptly responded to every question and request for a revised quote. East Coast had the best price of the three bids we received. The two young men who did the work were here on time, worked hard and got the job done in one day. They accommodated a Request that we had about placement of controls without hesitation. They left the area very clean and neat. The water heater works fine. We have not had to use the furnace yet but based on my interactions with East Coast to date, I expect excellent customer service should anything not function properly."

"Had a leak start in the pipe under the bathroom sink after trying to unclog the sink on Sunday. Called Ray Page Plumbing on Monday, they sent Ed on Tuesday . The pipes are from the 1960â s and had rotted through and broke. Ed quoted me a price and figured about 45 minute job. Unfortunately the job got more involved as the condition of the pipes were much worse then they appeared. The job took 4 hours. Ed got the problem fixed but the clog was way in the pipe and couldnâ t be addressed at that time. Ed stuck to his original quote even though the job took more than 3 hours longer than expected. He also arranged to have their company come out and snake through the lines this morning. This job came in under quoted price !! Dennis came out and did a great job snaking the pipe. They pipes being so old I was afraid of more breakage but he unclogged the pipe with no damage ! ! I couldn't be more pleased between the excellent service, very nice plumbers and the more than fair pricing. Iâ ve paid higher prices for a lot less work in the past by another plumbing company. Iâ d recommend this company for sure."

"Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday. I waited til Monday morning to start calling plumbers. I wanted a hot water heater with heat pump that would be eligible for a $750 rebate thru Energize CT. Fred was not familiar with the program, but made a few calls to gather info, called me to discuss and then ordered the unit which was delivered later that day. Unit was installed next morning. Fred was great to deal with, communicated with me throughout the process & did a fantastic job. I even asked for a quote to install a sink in my basement. "Williams & Associates replaced an ancient, very large old boiler in my very large house. Bruce calculated the necessary size and found a suitable boiler. He and his crew thoroughly cleared the radiators and lines before removing the old boiler and installing the new one. They checked all the radiators and added new valves as needed during a lengthy checkout. It took several days to do all the work. Throughout, Bruce explained what they were doing and why as well as recommending changes/additions to the original proposal. They were even cheerful about removing the original "Mary Jane" from the basement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone using steam heat. Great job!"

"Mark from Water Heater Medic did an outstanding job. From the first phone call to determine the price to setting up my appointment to the actual installation, everything was terrific. After determinating that my water heater replacement/installation in the basement would not be a complicated one (e.g., no stairs, no tight spaces), he gave me a bit of a discount. The final price he quoted me was lower than everyone else. (I would say much lower because I don't want to give the impression that his price was suspiciously cheap in exchange for shoddy work. his work was in fact excellent and an outstanding value.) Setting the appointment was quick and painless. Mark worked around my busy schedule, which I very much appreciated. During the installation, Mark kept me informed of what he was doing. The whole process only took about an hour and he left my home just as clean as it was before he arrived. "I will keep this review simple but thorough. 1 1/2 months before hiring ADB I had a sewage backup in my basement. 11p put the request in. 11:05p another company called. Because of the urgency with two kids, they got the job. Bad idea (but that isn't for here). Fastforward 1 1/2 months later, the same issue was back and Home Advisor recommended a few high quality companies with great reviews. I went with ADB and what a smart move (finally). Some services charge for clearing of the pipe and then another charge for a camera. ADB does not and I think that makes a big difference. All I can say is that I appreciate the professionalism of this company, the tech was funny and laughing with me through a tough situation, and was also clearly knowledgable and guiding. I really thought it was a great experience and would recommend ADB Construction for anything you need. Trust them. You not only get what you pay for here but you also get a tremendous backing and support after, if you need it. This is a REAL professional company."
