CareFree was professional from the beginning when we met with their salesman through the completion of the project. We got to see and touch the samples to make sure exactly what we wanted. The price was great! It included the walk-in shower, new flooring, vanity, granite counter top and the fixtures for the shower and sink. Everything was explained in detail. How the project was going to be handled and what the financing process would entail. CareFree stayed in touch with me letting me know where they were in getting the materials and then establishing when our start day would be. The total remodeling took just over a day and would have been completed in one day except the vanity/granite counter top wasnâ t ready. Drop cloths were used to get to our bathroom so no mess would be incurred in the rest of the house. After the completion everything was cleaned up, no mess left behind. I highly recommend using CareFree! Friendly, thorough, detailed and efficient."

"We feel like we hit the jackpot with Cedar Point! We hired Lou for a chimney inspection and cleaning, and he was able to get us scheduled within days of initial contact. Lou was friendly, professional, and knowledgable. He thoroughly explained the process and made us aware of things we needed to understand about how the chimney is structured and what should be addressed each time it's cleaned (I can't imagine hiring anyone other than Cedar Point for this type of work, but if we ever have to, we at least know now what questions to ask). We're huge fans and highly recommend this company. We couldn't be happier with the work performed."

His painter was very meticulous and left no unwanted marks, mess, or stray paint. They both cleaned up the various work areas afterward. Besim helped keep costs down by using my material where possible. Throughout the work there was no ambiguity about what the work entailed, which can otherwise be a concern when the contractor doesn't take the time to understand the needs. Where the scope changed, Besim was reasonable in deciding whether to charge additional or to just include. Besim also had an understanding of the right materials for the job, repairing poor craftmanship from previous others had done. I would absolutely hire Besim again."

"Nixon repaired two very extensive cracks in our Corian sink that others did not want to deal with. He also fixed more problems that we were not aware of but could readily see when he showed them to us. Nixon saved us the cost of replacing the whole Corian kitchen counter top and potentially future large water damage. He is easy to deal with and provides prompt service."
