Besim took the time to understand the scope of the many repair projects that needed to happen, and clarified where necessary in advance. His painter was very meticulous and left no unwanted marks, mess, or stray paint. They both cleaned up the various work areas afterward. Besim helped keep costs down by using my material where possible. Throughout the work there was no ambiguity about what the work entailed, which can otherwise be a concern when the contractor doesn't take the time to understand the needs. Where the scope changed, Besim was reasonable in deciding whether to charge additional or to just include. Besim also had an understanding of the right materials for the job, repairing poor craftmanship from previous others had done. I would absolutely hire Besim again."

He thoroughly explained the process and made us aware of things we needed to understand about how the chimney is structured and what should be addressed each time it's cleaned (I can't imagine hiring anyone other than Cedar Point for this type of work, but if we ever have to, we at least know now what questions to ask).
