"This company is absolutely awesome! Just because he took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Giving me that peace of mind I needed. Mind you they already quoted me a price and made sure I stood in my budget. I know I am a very strong personality. And he took the time to calm down and that means a lot. The day that he came out was extremely frustrated from not having a kitchen sink for 2 weeks. The gentleman got right to work and within the hour fixed everything, clean everything up, and end telling me about maintenance to keep up with on my own. "My husband and I saw your commercials on tv and we said letâ s do it. We decided a walk-in shower would be much better than climbing into the tub. The sales Rep Michael was very thorough in explaining everything about the choices and the product. Very knowledgeable about the company and the product. Our installer Brian Vosburgh, was amazing. He was here before 8am and finished completely by approx 6:30pm. He worked non stop all day and when he finished he cleaned everything up. He did a beautiful job! We are thankful West Shore chose Brian to do our install and we love our new walk in shower. Thank you Brian Vosburgh!
