We were dealing with slow drains and a backup in the basement, so I was worried it was going to turn into a huge and expensive issue. The tech arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything before starting. After clearing the main line, they performed a free sewer camera inspection, which I really appreciated. It gave me peace of mind being able to actually see the condition of the pipe and confirm there were no cracks or major root intrusions causing long-term problems. "My rating is really all about the customer service. Our issue was regarding an engagement ring that we feared was flushed down the toilet. I was frantic and I had put calls out to 4 plumbing companies but it was Dynamic Plumbing that responded immediately. We talked and had a plan to search and one of his men was going to come within just a couple of hours. He came right as scheduled. Miraculously the ring was found just before the technician arrived so the toilet did not have to be taken out. And even though Dynamic Plumbing but forth every effort to help for something that was resolved differently they were happy with the outcome and not at all upset that there wasn't a bill for me to pay. "Mike, the owner of Wagner Plumbing, called me back almost immediately after I sent the Home Advisor inquiry. He stopped by the next morning and tried to clear the drain in the bathtub with a power plunger which helped slightly, but still drained slowly. My home's 67 year old trap was frozen in place and Mike explained the only alternative would be to cut it out and replace that section of pipe. We set up an appt for the following week when his helper was available. It took Mike and Eric less than 2 hours to make the repair and it now drains perfectly. It was a messy job, but they tarped the area and cleaned up afterwards. I had another plumber quote the same job for almost twice the price. I'm very satisfied, so Mike is now my Go To plumber. If fact, I asked him to give me a quote for installing a sink and toilet in the basement. Call Mike - you won't be sorry."
