In the middle of the night, I received multiple calls waking me up. Upon answering a FaceTime call, my partner showed me a busted pipe and my basement filled with inches of water. I made some calls to plumbers in the area, but Dion responded and was at my house first thing in the morning. He was able to diagnose the problem, communicate it clearly - sending a plethora of photos and videos, and recommend a clear solution. He was able to fix the issue in a timely manner and at an affordable rate. He even went above and beyond to diagnose some other potential plumbing issues in my basement to monitor. He then got me connected with a restoration company that was able to come out and give an estimate on repairs - all before lunch time. "Thomas Kinnon was hired and came the next day, on time, to install a toilet. We were told by another company that we would need a new subfloor and the toilet install would be $300. Thomas did a thorough check and assured us we don’t need a new subfloor and showed why. He stalled the toilet and the flange under it, and even went to a local hardware store to purchase a needed part for us. He was personable and efficient. We would call him again."

While attempting to install a bidet attachment to my half-bath toilet, I found that the shut-off valve to the toilet was malfunctioning. Worked through problem and there are always problems. Was pleasant even though my air conditioner went out and the hot water tank was found to be leaking .He can back the next working day and did the tank ,I will use him again for my maybe someday kitc;hen.. Cost was way way below other contractors that do bathover or solid bath walls and steel tub. Cost savings was around 7,000.00. In and out with bathroom 2 days. GREAT Now I may do the kitchen also!!!!"

"Simon from Indianapolis took out my bathtub and put in a walk in shower. He did a great job. I love the finished work. What I didn’t like was the promise of a work crew and that the job would be finished in one day. Simon worked around 10 hours the first day and over 8 hours the second day. All by himself. I realize that people quit, etc but tell the truth. Don’t promise something you can’t deliver. I felt sorry for Simon having to drive to my house from Indianapolis. But he didn’t complain about it and did a great job."
