From our first conversation with Patrick, to our consultation with Ron and our three awesome installers, this was one of the best experiences in the service arena for homes. Ron explained each portion of the process and answered all of our questions. Mike, Matt and Bob arrived at the specified time, giving us a call before arrival. They were prepared to keep our home as clean as possible with the snow and wet weather by placing drop cloths on the areas they would be using. To my surprise and delight, they shoveled my entire driveway and walkway to the house! It had snowed during the night and I hadn't gotten to it yet. Wow! How incredibly considerate and kind! The crew got right to work, and it was apparent they had worked together a lot and they knew what they were doing. Dave was quick and efficient. Also replaced the 40 year old valve and an upstairs sink faucet. He took extra care with my lawn for the tractor excavator vehicle and left the yard in good shape.
