I enjoyed dealing with a person who runs his own business and is invested in providing quality work rather than a chain that sees you as just another job. "The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

Price was more than we had been paying another guy--but I also thought the other guy should be charging more (plus, when you catch an animal yourself, you sort of don't want him hanging around looking sad in his cage for more than a day!).
