I received a call on the morning of the appointment to ask if the plumber could come earlier. Of course I agreed. Austin showed up promptly and went right to work assessing the problem. He attempted to fix it by adding a part but since the part did not fix the problem, Austin suggested that I replace the unit. I had the option of purchasing the new fixture myself and paying for installation or buying the fixture from the company and include installation. I chose the latter. I called the office to set up the installation and they were able to come back within the hour to do it. Austin returned and installed the new toilet within 30 minutes. He was efficient, the price was reasonable and the whole experience was pleasant from beginning to end. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others."
