"I would definitely use them again. They were fast, professional and fairly priced. Tommy and Terry were both very professional. I had a pipe leading to an outside faucet which was leaking. I explained the problem to Tommy and he gave me a quote right over the phone. The most convenient time for me was Christmas Eve, since I would be off. Terry came out promptly Christmas Eve morning. He replaced the faucet and the pipe through the outside wall. He sealed the new frost free faucet. He did it all in less than an hour and a half. He was courteous and professional the entire time. I told him that I didn't mind if he left his boots on in the house, but he took them off, when not walking in the unfinished part of the basement anyway."

"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

"I had a great experience with ARS/Manassas thanks to John Curry, their knowledgeable and professional plumber. John provided an in-depth home inspection of my plumbing and educated me on the importance of venting my sinks to avoid moisture buildup, mold, corrosion, and bad odors. He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate. To assist with the upkeep of my plumbing, John recommended that I buy a drain cleaning kit and even called his dispatch to schedule another member of his team to repair my toilet's lift rod. John Curry's expertise and helpfulness were much appreciated during the home inspection. "I have been using McCarthy Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. for over 10 years and have always been happy with their service. Today's service call was no different. The job today required coordination with my condo management company (also very good), to shut the water off to several buildings, so that a valve could be replaced under my kitchen sink. Obviously, one of the objectives was to keep the water off for as short a period as possible and give people as precise a time as possible when to expect the water to be off and back on.
