The owner reviewed the project with us multiple times and understood we were closing in a garage. We signed the contract that listed the labor and materials. After the renovation was almost complete we discovered that the soffits were not installed. We were informed the soffits were not in the contract and would not be installed. When asked why would we contract to renovate and close in a garage and not include the soffits the owner told us it was an error on his part but we would have to pay more for the soffits. Be sure you know general contracting well enough that you can spot when items should be included on the estimate and are not left off in error. In addition, two windows were installed that did not include screens.

The job was done but communication was terrible. And the paint job was done poorly.

Not only was the job done early and efficiently, they went beyond: after removing a large, old and very hard concrete slab, they even raked the disturbed area AND covered it with straw. It was amazing to see the driver maneuver the truck with flatbed as if it were a tiny smart car. And the way they sawed and removed the slab, was a sight to be seen. Just amazing workers!!!

Troy from TWF Construction came this afternoon to fix our toilet. It needed new wax ring and new screws and bolts. Friendly, efficient, and cleaned up the work area. Would recommend TWF Construction. Thank you for making it easy to get our toilet fixed.

They are very professional and am very happy with their work.

I hired them for a 2 phase project. They were very unprofessional while they worked at my home. One employee spun his tires on his truck and kicked gravel all over my car. The dirt that was excavated from the project was to be hauled away. They were supposed to pour a 6" concrete slab that was at the elevation of existing driveway. They dug for a 4" slab and had to raise the forms to pour the slab. They had to raise the driveway to the slab elevation. When asked to keep the driveway open for access for my family and any deliveries, I was told by the owner that he would not pull off the driveway. They pumped out the concrete truck in our parking area and left it until it was hardened and then buried it when they back filled instead of removing it from the site. I would not recommend them for anything more than a mail box!
