5 person team arrived within specified timeframe. Team leader introduced himself and coworkers, proceeded to explain task goals and work progression. I lead them towards work area, explained we have a few dogs and stated need to keep gate closed and secure. I briefly interacted with team to move things that may impede their progress and left them to their tasks. Team members were accommodating to the needs of our dogs and kept area secure. Appreciate the teamwork displayed and the tasks completed. As a note, I am currently employed as an inspector, first walk thru satisfactory. Will perform a detailed inspection in AM. I do not expect any problems or concerns. If anything minor appears I have been assured it will be addressed. Thank you team for your accomplishments today.

From beginning to end, this has been the easiest process. From the consultation to the finished product. I am beyond ecstatic about my new shower installation! Not only is it everything I asked for, I had the absolute best team in RVA completing my order. Sterling and Jermaine were PHENOMENAL!! On-time, professional, communicative, complimentary, and efficient to say the least. They did a great job keeping me up-to-date with the progress and even cleaned thoroughly so I didn't have to do it once they were done. I'm so happy I invested in this lifetime warranty experience. Overall they did a great job but they crack my floor & my side wall has a big gap in it need to b fix I do love my shower it look beautiful!!!

I recently had the tub from my 1940's bathroom replaced with a beautiful new walk-in shower. Jeremy, Sterling, and Darshan were prompt, professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. There were a few unexpected surprises which the team resolved masterfully. I couldn't be happier with my new spa-like walk-in shower.

This was a great experience. After the typical supply chain challenge(which the company communicated very well) the install process was fantastic. We replaced over 30 windows and was a big job as many on second floor. The main crew of Nathan, Mychal, Ivan and Kwari were on top of everything. Friendly, Concientious of their surroundings, I was actually surprised as to how well they performed. Clean up was great, This was a 2 and half day project. They buttoned up the site each day and did what they said they would do. Chris Spahr on the sakes side met his commitments and the process was better than I had expected. These guys are pros. Not the cheapest, but a great value all in.

I really like the installation process. A 2 day job was done in 1 day. The crew was very professional, and mannerable.
