"Pleased with the work Jeff performed at my house. He was quick to respond to my inquiry, provided suggestions on approach to fixing my water heater, and was on arrival within 24 hours. He provided options without pushing for the most expensive repair option (which was to replace the whole unit). Onsite he fixed my unit quickly meanwhile opened up to educate me my system and common troubleshooting tactics. Really appreciated that. She explained to us about the different products and how they differed from other companies products. She was so knowledgeable and helpful! (that's where I had bought the cabinets 25 yrs ago) reluctantly I went to the internet where again not a lot of companies to choose from. "Pat was prompt, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the issues with our kitchen sink and toilet. He fixed the problems same day and charged a fair price for his work. While turning the water back on in our mechanical closet he noticed obvious corrosion and leaking from our water heater. Grateful he saw it as it would likely have been a disaster down the road. He was back later in the week and replaced the leaking water heater. Would absolutely hire Pat again."
