I should have written this review a year ago when the work was done. I needed a new heater. A neighbor recommended Marshall Services. I have found them to be a knowledgeable, family-owned team that truly stands out. They’re remarkably adaptable to change—adjusting plans smoothly when new needs arise—and their communication is excellent: clear, proactive, and easy to understand. From the first conversation, their honesty and transparency inspired my confidence, and every interaction since then reinforced that trust. Most importantly, you can count on them. Marshall came into our home with no heat, the installed a new heat pump we've never owned and a new furnace for our winter warm heat and installed a needed return vent. Carlos, George and Tom did a wonderful job, they never stopped moving. When l called Sunday morning Alyssa had her service man here 2 hours later. Sunday morning was 20 degrees and we had no heat. Glenn was here Sunday evening to discuss replacement. Job was started Tuesday morning, and completed the same day. Thank you Marshall!
