"When we hired Brian and his team to remodel our house, we were so pleasantly surprised at the quality of workmanship, professional attitude, and level of work ethic. They showed up everyday, on time, & didn't quit until the job was done. He painted the interior of our home, fixed & painted all of our doors, ripped out old flooring & installed new flooring, installed new baseboards along with other smaller projects. They are able to handle everything. It is so great walking into our home now. There isn't any project they can't handle. Prior to this remodel, they power-washed the outside of our home, fixed some damage to our siding, and fixed a leak in our roof. We had our tub removed, and that revealed all kinds of plumbing problems, but The Shower Company upgraded the plumbing, installed a new subfloor, new flooring, a new shower kit, toilet snd vanity. The crew very nice, cleaned up after every step. My only regret is that I didn’t sit down and plan with the representative. I thought I had it under control. It started buying things on my own. "I got it all started with a second-floor shower leak. John Shelton came to see the work and give me a bid. Once they started working, I realized they were capable of taking care of several other outstanding projects I had on my house. A back storm door was ripped off in a storm in 2020 and they replaced it for me. Then the side access door to my garage was replaced because the old one was rotting out and not secure. I also found it one morning. My water heater was leaking and they were able to fix it. I took care of it in three hours, so I never had a flood in my basement. Every craftsman who came into work in my house was clean, polite, and knowledgeable. I have never had a crew be conscientious about making sure they policed the area and took away all of the screws and nails and things so my animals were OK."

"We had a toilet leak and a reverse osmosis system placed. We have dealt with tons of contractors as of late, and I would like to add having one that was reliable and showed up on time with everything needed to get the job really says a lot for a company these days. They did all that and more. The mess from the job was picked up and made to look as if they were never even here. The job was completed in a timely manner. Ethics in trades aren’t the same as they once were and I feel the pricing was more than fair in this economy. We never felt taken advantage of and were educated and walked through everything. We will never use another plumbing company and will be referring all of our friends and family. More than happy with this experience."

"Great Company! They stand by their service every step of the way. My wife & I used them when our toilet broke and had them install a brand new one. About ten months later we had a leak issue and needed someone to come out right away. Called in the morning and Mr Rooter was able to find someone to service us right away. Austin came out and found that the toilet wasnt properly installed. since we had old cast iron pipes it was a difficult installation. They had to completely uninstall and reinstall the toilet. Replaced the flange on the pipe and were able to fix the flange to two pieces of wood. This fixed the leak issue. John the customer service rep came out as well to see if there was anything Mr Rooter could do since the toilet wasn't installed properly the first time. They were able to refund a portion of the toilet we purchased ten months ago and all the service to fix the leak was free of charge. Both Austin & John were professional and provided the best service. Thank you Mr Rooter. I will definitely use your service in the future!"
