To be truthful i was very skeptical hiring anyone to put on a new deck because of all the horror stories you hear of contractors taking your deposit and never returning to finish the job. BUTâ ¦ meeting with Jacob Quick made it all very easy. I met with Jacob many times because of my apprehension and having issues with making decisions. After signing a contract, Jacob kept in contact with me on starting date, permit issues, when materials would be delivered, and if there was inclement weather conditions that they could not work that day. From the start of teardown to the finished project, they were there every day at 7:30, making sure that time was ok with me. They had a crew of 4-5 people working all day. When an issue came up, they were up front and we discussed it. I felt very relieved that all the guys were very knowledgeable and experienced. I am picky when it comes to details and the entire crew were all very concerned about the littlest details. Brian was also great at answering my questions as the deck was being built. They wanted me to be highly satisfied and i surely was. Not only did they do an outstanding job building the sturdiest deck around but when they left my house, you couldn't even tell they were thereâ ¦ my yard was clean. Soâ ¦ yes i would hire them again. They made the entire experience easy peasy for me. Also kudos to the other guys on the team who also worked their butts off in the 100 degree weather. We hired Master Remodel & Construction after our master bathroom, kitchen and garage suffered major water damage after an interior flood caused by an overflowing toilet. Brian Inkley (owner) and Jacob Quick (project manager) have a team of dedicated, talented professionals. They did a superb job in restoring our damaged house. They are a busy team of workers who kept us appraised of their availability for the various stages of our restoration. For the repairs that they didn't do themselves they had excellent recommendations for the professionals we needed such as the carpet installation, closet system installation, kitchen cabinets and the refinishing of our hardwood floors. They seem to be in demand, working at several projects at the same time but we always felt that we were their top priority. Jacob worked with our homeowners insurance adjuster to be sure that the funds allocated for our losses were enough to complete our projects. We recommend Master Remodel & Construction with pleasure.

Everyone on this team is fantastic. We originally met with Jacob, who was incredibly detailed in the notes he took. He spent a good amount of time with us at our initial meeting to truly understand what we wanted to accomplish. For the second meeting, we met with Jacob and Brian to go over some more items in detail. This is our first home and we relied on their experience when we weren't sure which direction to head into with some areas. The entire team was patient and respectful throughout the entire process, provided updates throughout our remodel, and gave recommendations when we needed them. Everything turned out how we wanted it to and we couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be using them in the future for other projects.

We have used this company for both rental and owner-occupied properties. They replaced the roof, gutters, and worked with the company to make sure that our awnings and other items were replaced. They also worked very well with our insurance company and we had no problems at all. Jacob made everything so easy that if we ever need anything else done and they can do it, they have the job.

Jacob and Cody have been amazing to work with. We originally hired them to repair our stairs and have since contracted with them to install our kitchen tile floor, install electric in our kitchen island and to repair some of our drywall. Their team is very professional, their estimates are accurate and they do quality work. We plan to hire them again when we remodel our bathrooms.

Master Remodel did a great job rehabbing my detached garage. Jacob initially took the time to really look at the project so he could give me an accurate estimate, and he, Brian, and the crew did a fantastic job. The garage looks awesome!

We hired Brian to work on several projects in our home to get it ready to list for sale. He was very responsive and professional. Was on time and has very good communication. Work performed was great and completed the projects quickly! We will definitely use him again in the future! With Brian you don't have to worry about not showing up, sloppy work and dealing with someone unprofessional. He is top notch! Great job!

Brian, of Master Remodel was working with Kevin of Carol Ann Construction to put in vinyl plank flooring throughout our house. All of the contractors were highly professional, prompt on the time they said they would be here each morning, and a pleasure to have in my home. They finished the entire house in a little over 3 days. We were very excited at the outcome of the finished product. Master Remodel and Carol Ann Construction are professionals in the highest sense of the word! We highly recommend them.
