While they got here sooner than expected I would like to know estimates before they come out, to compare. However I guess like hospitals they do not want to post rates for emergencies. Was give cost before repair was done though. Not extremely high but higher than I thought.

Andrew and team were out very quickly and worked in a storm to get our sewer lines unclogged so we did not take on more water. We had another big rain storm the following week with no more water backing up into the basement!

They went above and beyond. They came out before the scheduled work date to install the sump pump when the previous one failed. This prevented flooding in the week leading up to the job’s execution.

Technician was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to replace a sump pump and moving some of the PVC drain pipe. Everything was completed to my satisfaction and in the time estimated.

Sewer line breakage. Zoom was able to locate and replace the pipe without issue. They were punctual, fast and efficient. Their quotes were straight forward. Best price, great service.

This company has the best owner and employees. Adam, Amber, and Andrew. They each provided me with excellent customer service and all had an attitude of caring. When Andrew was finished, he showed me what was done and explained why. I plan on using this company in the near future.
