The installation technicians did an amazing job. I had them replace my toilet with one that was very difficult to install. It sat close to the wall with two inches available to insert your arm and reach in to install / tighten the bolt. I have no idea how the technician contorted his arm to install the bolts. The two technicians were very polite and professional. The communicated their arrival time and explained what they needed to achieve the impossible task. I would strongly recommend them and will be requesting their service in the future.

They managed to clear the blockage in my sewer drain but it?s backing up again so I?m not sure why this is happening or where the blockage is.

My Pro was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he take care of my clogged sink, his "sink side manner" displayed respect, knowledge, and professionalism. He also left me with information on how to clear my drain naturally. Zoom Drain is now my go to company for plumbing.

I had two exterior faucets that were leaking, know that I risked frozen pipes if I did not have them fixed, consulted you, selected the Zoom company that was at top of list. Tehir plumber showed up on time Monday Morning, I showed him the faucets, requested that he install new washers,he informed me that they were too old to repair, suggested frost free ones, and as I knew they had to be fixed before winter, I agreed (I am still trusting them because of their Angi rating) He informs he he will have to cut hole in the finished ceiling to access pipe to complete installation, I agrees, he cuts but cannot locate pipe, goes outside to look again, cuts another hole, still cannot find pipe. He then tells me that he cannot replace it because of how the pipes are installed. Then he goes to the back faucet and decided that he cannot replace that one either. Somewhere along the line, not telling me, he shut off all water to my house someplace in front lawn. He then proceeds to put new washers in each of the faucets, I observe him doing so in the front, and turn it on and off myself. At this point, he suggests a shut off valve for the back faucet, which I agree to, and he begins cutting a length from the pipe in the rafters. Now remember, He has been in the back several times, but apparently did not notice the gas grill installed five feet from the house. IAs I agreed to the shut off, go upstairs to wait while he cuts a section of the copper pipe which he thought was water, but really was the gas connection to the grill. I soon start smelling gas, inform him, he smells it too, had an immediate evacuation. At this point he walks away from me, turns his back, starts calling someone, informs me that he has to call the fire department and Spire gas company, while I am standing there without any warm clothing in the drizzle. Fire dept. begins to clear he interior air of my house of gas, gas person goes downstairs and caps the gas pipe, they put me in his truck with heater on so I cannot hear any of the things they are discussing. I am informed that they shut off the gas (NO FURNACE!) I had to get someone in there to check everything out before they could turn it back on . I contacted Rhymes heating and Cooling , they gave me a Tuesday morning appt, but fortunately for me later in the afternoon they were able to get their man out. About this time was when your company called to ask me how it went, I started the story, your person gave me the customer service number to contact. But the story is not over...the Rhymes guy spends two hours, even calling in colleague to assist, but cannot find any leak. They cut more holes in the ceiling to access the gas line going to the kitchen stove, cannot find anything. At this point, he asks me to call Spire to ask if they can come and pinpoint what needs to be fixed to get my gas on....they suspect it might be in the meter area, which they cannot touch. Spire agrees to send an emergency guy out. By this time, my mouth is so dry I desperately need water...there is nothing coming out of the faucets.!!! The Rhymes man calls the water company, who will send emergency call. At this point, it is about 4, I pay Rhymes $389 for two hours work, necessitated b the Zoom guy cutting the gas line. A bit later, the new Spire man comes, takes the meter apart, cannot find anything there, spends another hour+ checking everything out. The water company guy arrives, cannot find any problems indoors. Remember the Zoom guy turned off the water in the main shut off...he left without turning it back on!!! Water gets turned back on. The Spire man turns the gas back on, and they both leave sometime in the dark. Bottom line, the Zoom plumber was certainly not up to the job, did not even clean up the parts of the ceiling that fell to the floor, even questioned me about all my clothes hanging in the basement, what my husband thought of it, I advised him that I had been married to an abusive man who I divorced 50 years ago, costing me $389 bill to Rhymes, $465 to Zoom for two washers, a torn up ceiling. a nightmare of a day. the

Zoom Drain Review – Professional, Polite, and Positive Energy We had the pleasure of working with a technician from Zoom Drain who truly stood out. From the moment he arrived, he brought a calm, professional energy that instantly made us feel at ease. He was polite, respectful of our space, and took the time to walk us through every step of the process. He diagnosed our kitchen drain issue efficiently and clearly explained both what was causing the blockage and how he planned to address it. Most importantly, he offered multiple options for how to move forward—without pressure. We chose the hydrojet service for long-term peace of mind, and he made sure we understood exactly what that entailed. Great communication, solid expertise, and a positive attitude all around. Highly recommend Zoom Drain and their technicians if you want reliable service and transparency from start to finish.
