Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of St. Louis

The people on the phone and the workers that worked at my house were fantastic. Damien and Ernest were the installer's top rate people. Jack, their license plumber was polite and funny. The only person we didn't care for was Keith He only stopped by to look at what was going on. He was a little rude to my wife and Made her feel Like she was second class in her own home. We Were very shocked by that. We would definitely recommend Jacuzzi to our friends.

Gavin and Sabrina were very friendly, professional and efficient. This was a 2 day job that they worked hard to complete in one day, since we only had one bathroom. We are very pleased with the work. No more mold or leaking in the walls. Beautiful work. Thank you so much!

I had a walk-in shower with teakwood bath seat installed about 6 months ago. I noticed a couple of cracks in the wood. I contacted Jacuzzi and they were prompt to replace it. The service person (Chuck) was knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me a cleaning instruction sheet for future reference. He also showed me how the back of the seat pulls off so you can clean behind it. I'm not sure why they didn't tell me that when it was installed. Having said that, I am happy with the service I received from Jacuzzi.

We are very happy with our shower/tub to shower only installation. Our installers, Gavin and Kenny, were great! They arrived on time, were very professional, kept us posted on their progress, and did a wonderful job with both the installation and the cleanup. We also are having a second bathroom done, and are glad we chose Jacuzzi to do the work.

Jordan & Tyrek were our installers. They did a great job. They were kind, courteous and efficient. I felt bad for them that install information wasn’t communicated that it was a basement shower install. Despite not having all our order details, like a top (he did pick one up ) and glass shower doors, (Tyrek left to go pick them up). They powered through. I’m giving Jacuzzi a 4 instead of a 5 because I felt this was the sales lady fault in poor communication. Also, while meeting with the sales lady, I picked out my color choice on the wall panels. I asked her, “Are the shower panels thicker than these thin color samples?”She responded with, “Oh yes, much thicker, these are only used to decide color.” Well, they are not!!!! The panels are thin acrylic, that billowed and flexed as they were carried it. That worried me about the quality & durability. I just hated being lied to. Now, the hardware is nice. Heavy, thick & sturdy. Nice finish. I chose brushed Nickel. Jordan & Tyrek 5 stars!
