"The technician, joswag, that came out to fix a simple problem did so much for me. Since it was a simple fix and I had done everything but miss one little piece, I was just charged the travel fee. That was more than fair. But then I showed him an issue I had been having with my newly built home of 6 months. I thought I might have a leak somewhere. He looked at the wall, the bathroom upstairs where it was probably coming from and determined that I probably did have a leak. He showed me what company did the work. I called the company and set up an appointment for examination all based on his suggestion to do so. He didn't and said that he was proud to work for the company because they don't nickel and dime people which I can attest to first hand. "Ask for Jason Hiatt for all your plumbing needs! We had another plumbing company come to the house a few days ago and based on what they heard, they said we had water leaking inside the ceiling between the first and second floor. It seemed reasonable. They said they would have to tear out a piece of the ceiling and perhaps drywall on the first floor to replace the pipes. We were terrified that the cost would exceed $1k easily. So we decided for a second opinion. Jason came over on time and went into the crawl space (something the other guys didn’t do). He was able to recreate the “dripping noise” by moving pipes around and determined there was no leaks. Additionally because of his due diligence and not seeing any water damage below the house he could say with confidence that we had nothing to be worried about. I feel great knowing that we can trust the folks at Williams Comfort Air/Mr Plumber because they won’t make up an issue just to get our money. I’ll never go anywhere else again! Also - Marcia helped to set up the appointment on a Friday night and she’s a rockstar. Give them both a raise!"

And now I say that and know I won't roam again. They were here on the early end of their time slot, came in after he put shoe gloves on, and though I had tried many many times, he gave it a few plunges (much more vigorous than mine) and down it went. He even laughed when I told him I must have loosened it for him."

The water heater that they had quoted us they found out was out of stock and since our current water heater was not functioning they wanted to get us up and going as soon as possible so they arrive as schedule but with a upgraded water heater at no additional charge. They also did some customer re installation of to a more convenient location in the mechanical room in our basement giving us better access to the water heater and the water softener."
