We called Mowery Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing on November 21, 2023 and Mr Dawson was dispatched. "This company had real solutions to solve standing water, cracks in basement floor, and long time water damage to foundation walls. Other companies only offered a short term bandaid but a 90 year old craftsman home needed Everdry's MULY-STEP program. Their sales rep, Jeremy, was professional, on time for appointment,wealth of knowledge, was not high pressure, and easy to reach for further concerns. The on site crew was on time each day, polite, respectful of my property, and everyone worked hard the entire shift. Each seemed to know his role. The manager, Jose', kept me informed on progress of the day and plan for the next day. He took great pride in his work. They did a terrific cleanup also. Highly recommend."

"The technician, joswag, that came out to fix a simple problem did so much for me. Since it was a simple fix and I had done everything but miss one little piece, I was just charged the travel fee. That was more than fair. But then I showed him an issue I had been having with my newly built home of 6 months. I thought I might have a leak somewhere. He looked at the wall, the bathroom upstairs where it was probably coming from and determined that I probably did have a leak. He showed me what company did the work. I called the company and set up an appointment for examination all based on his suggestion to do so. He even waited with me while I was on the phone to enzure that it was all done and set up correctly. Afterwards, I told him that he could charge me a fee for the help he provided. He didn't and said that he was proud to work for the company because they don't nickel and dime people which I can attest to first hand. I can guarantee that they will be the first people I call if I am having a problem."

"Ask for Jason Hiatt for all your plumbing needs! We had another plumbing company come to the house a few days ago and based on what they heard, they said we had water leaking inside the ceiling between the first and second floor. It seemed reasonable. They said they would have to tear out a piece of the ceiling and perhaps drywall on the first floor to replace the pipes. We were terrified that the cost would exceed $1k easily. So we decided for a second opinion. Jason came over on time and went into the crawl space (something the other guys didn’t do). He was able to recreate the “dripping noise” by moving pipes around and determined there was no leaks. Additionally because of his due diligence and not seeing any water damage below the house he could say with confidence that we had nothing to be worried about. I feel great knowing that we can trust the folks at Williams Comfort Air/Mr Plumber because they won’t make up an issue just to get our money. I’ll never go anywhere else again! Also - Marcia helped to set up the appointment on a Friday night and she’s a rockstar. Give them both a raise!"

They were also more affordable than the other larger plumbing companies in the area, and were up front about costs. "I bought a water heater. They first connected me with a plumbing company that tried to add on $270 for additional materials and labor costs that they could not justify. I returned the water heater, and they again connected me to Holthaus. Holthaus called later that same afternoon and scheduled for the next morning. Dan came out and installed the water heater and new stand in just an hour. He only charged $30 for additional materials related to new gas fittings. He was very polite, transparent, and thorough.
