On Saturday, the 21st, we had a pipe burst. While Mission Plumbing was unavailable until Monday due to prior commitments, their prompt responses to our questions and willingness to assist made us comfortable with the wait. When they arrived on Monday, they assessed the situation and committed to returning around 3 PM to resolve the issue. True to their word, they showed up at 2:45 and got straight to work. The damaged pipe was an old, galvanized one that had split. It was located behind a washer, dryer, water conditioner, and sink, connecting to the water heater. After replacing the pipe and restoring the water, they discovered a leak within the wall behind the water heater. They addressed this promptly by replacing that section of the pipe as well. Once the water ran smoothly, they checked and adjusted the holding tank pressure, which made a significant difference. By resetting it to the correct level greatly improved water pressure throughout the house—a welcome bonus!

Dan Luke from mission plumbing was friendly and attentive from the 1st time I called him until our water heater was installed. Very easy to work with and project was done within my budget. Highly recommend to do water heaters. I will use him again for future projects and Iâ m confident I will get the same great service and value.

The guys done a very good job and cleaned up after themselves. They pulled the old tub out and removed the old vanity and installed a single bowl vanity. The guys were very professional

MR. Dan with mission is very professional and knowledgable guy, he never tried to push a sale on me gave me all the options needed, very well priced compared to big chain companies, 10/10 recommend if you need plumbing work done I am very happy with my tankless water heater
