"Howard showed up exactly when he said he would. He worked and worked to find the issue with my dryer, even though everything was testing normally. He chatted with someone on the phone, trying to find the answer, but he could not. So, since I rent my home, I told him to reassemble the machine, and I will take the bill off the rent. But, boy, did he try! And after he got it re-assembled, it worked! He said that sometimes happens--possibly a loose wire. No matter if he could not find the issue, he TRIED and TRIED. I am so grateful for his diligence. He was not going to quit until he found the issue. I really appreciate all that effort he put into this!"
