I cannot recommend Winters Plumbing enough. We are new home owners and had frozen pipes. While we debated letting things thaw naturally, I decided to call a plumber. Winters was my second call at 6:30 on a Monday evening, and I had a call less than 30 minutes later that a plumber was on the way! Tabor was friendly and a straight shooter. He was quickly able to ID the problem and give us a range of options to fix it - even when one was to let us try to fix it ourselves. I'm so glad we didn't go with that option because he was able to get us water back. He also identified that our water softener was damaged and saved us potentially thousands of dollars of damage. I appreciated how he wasn't just reactive to our situation, but proactive in suggesting solutions that will help our home long term. I am so glad I called Winters Plumbing!

Terrible experience. Did not warranty their work. Their ?repair? started leaking again not more than 2 weeks later. Also turned down water pressure from 50 to 30 when they said they turned up to 74. They also looked at our tankless and tried to charge more than what they quoted to swap it out with a warranty replacement after breaking a part and not finding the real problem until the second tech came out. Sent 3 different techs and each were nice but on the quality of work and charge not acceptable. $2k for a pinhole leak repair, diagnostic fee, and swap out of tankless. Hire at your own risk
