"Out of four estimates this was a personal experience mom and pop compared to large companies. I am sure there are strengths for all, but for me, I liked that the owner was part of the solution. As such, be took extra time, only when I asked, to explain things to me. It felt personal and more importantly, I felt like his teams work was going to be on par with what he would do in his own home. The result was probably more than I needed, as was explained, but with the owner taking the time, I bought a larger, more expensive system. That was a big step. Then came the uncertainty of the install. That's where the experience and confidence shined. Many choices all met with concern, humor and care. It is pretty rare for me, today, to feel good about service providers in my home. Mostly met with mixed results and disappointment. My opinion is that should never happen and if it does the exception rather than the fearful expectation. These folks are too notch. They explain all about roofing, product, if there will be any extra cost wood, look in your attic for damages, 3d pictures of your roof how it will look like after it's been done. Added extra ventilation where needed. Clean up was great. I have Dish, they paid the cost to have Dish come back out. There was no surprises! They delivered product one day, next day they removed old wood and replaced with new and extra ventilation. It's just beautiful! They went beyond did extra safety steps for the customer. My roof looks great, beautiful and I can't stop looking at it. We have the roof for Idaho weather not California. The cost is high but you will have a nice product you will not have to worry about for a very very long time. I would recommend this company they are a top quality roofing company."
