Michael offered great advice on where to place our new tankless heater and his team did a great job executing. There were a few hiccups that came with replacing the old tank heater and working with the old plumbing of the home, but Jax Mechanical were able to solve any problems that popped up. Michael was also proactive in the initial discussion and found that our PRV needed replacing which was something we were glad he found before it led to any long term issues.

Excellent job on completed project. Only reason for less than five stars was communication. The technician was a couple hours late and I was not notified. After calling them it worked out just fine. Some confusion because technician was given incorrect contact information.
