Not bad work

Terrible job, multiple visits due to leaking of kitchen faucet which was replaced. Guardian called restoration company and did not cover it. Insurance claim filed. A few months of no kitchen which was replaced at a cost of 30,000. Out over $700 with Guardian plus my insurance deductible of $500. And yet they deny and responsibility what so ever.

I don't have a garbage disposal and I though putting a tomato slice down the toilet would be fine. Spoiler: It's not. It sealed the pipe and the toilet couldn't flush. They came and used the auger and fixed it right up.

Guardian responded quickly to my request at 7:30pm for a plumber. They showed up the next morning at 8:30am...that's super quick! This is a rental property and having the issue taken care of quickly for a tenant is really important. They had everything wrapped up quickly and even sent me photos of the clog, so I knew what caused the issue...quite helpful! I will definitely use them again!!
