"The serviceman did an inspection of the attic and basement and concluded there were no signs of entry. He suspected squirrels as opposed to raccoons were making the noise I was hearing. He said if they had gotten into the soffit of the house that was a different story and a very costly venture. He recommended no service at this time. I was shocked at his honesty and will certainly call back Terminix if I have any future problems."

"I highly recommend this company. This is my 1st time hiring pest control and they were on time, gave me tips for future prevention and mainly...got rid of my spider problem. It's been a week and I have actually ventured out into the yard to sit in our chairs without a spider joining me. Will definitely recommend and continue using them thru their quarterly service! "We were so impressed by the caring and professional attention to detail demonstrated by the whole team at Cazadores. The thorough inspection and discussion with Fernando about our options and the various steps required was helpful in making our decision. We were especially impressed when we received a full written report 2 days later that was complete with schematics, the chemicals to be used, details of all work to be completed, and our costs exactly as they had been described verbally. We were encouraged to seek other estimates and compare services. But no other company was as comprehensive in the work to be done or as detailed in the presentation of their findings or pricing. We made a well informed decision to select Cazadores and were very pleased with the work they did. They exceeded every expectation and we highly recommend their service."
